Tyga.Cloud Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through the Gamble.Services platform. Tyga.Cloud Ltd is a software development agency that builds casino game technology for third-party operators. This platform is a demonstration environment — no real-money gambling takes place.

2. Data We Collect

Data you provide:
  • Email address and username (if you register an account)
  • Wallet addresses (if you connect a Web3 wallet for SIWE demo)
Data collected automatically:
  • IP address, browser type, device information
  • Pages visited, time spent, referral source
  • Session identifiers and cookies (see our Cookie Policy)
Data we do NOT collect:
  • Payment information (no real transactions occur)
  • Government-issued ID (KYC features are demo-only)
  • Private keys or seed phrases (these never leave your device or the keyvault)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, database, and CDN services that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements
  • Law enforcement: When required by law or to protect our legal rights

5. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK ICO.

6. Data Retention

  • Demo accounts: Guest accounts may be deleted automatically after 30 days of inactivity
  • Registered accounts: Retained until you request deletion or 12 months of inactivity
  • Server logs: Retained for 90 days

Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Erasure — request deletion of your data

The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
