1. About Us

Gamble.Services ("Platform", "Service") is a casino game development and demonstration platform operated by Tyga.Cloud Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14643275), with its registered office at Ground Floor, Unit 2 Mallard Court, Mallard Way, Crewe Business Park, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 6ZQ.

Tyga.Cloud Ltd is a software development agency. We build, license, and demonstrate casino game engines and white-label casino platform software for third-party operators. We do not operate a gambling business, accept real-money wagers, or hold any gambling licence. The Platform exists solely to showcase our technology to prospective clients and allow visitors to test game mechanics using simulated demo credits.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

3. Nature of the Service

• No real-money gambling. All balances, credits, and wagers on this Platform are simulated. No real cryptocurrency, fiat currency, or anything of value is wagered, won, or lost.
• Demo purposes only. The games, wallet, deposit addresses, and withdrawal flows displayed are technology demonstrations. They showcase the capabilities of our white-label platform to prospective licensees.
• Not a gambling operator. Tyga.Cloud Ltd does not hold, nor is required to hold, a gambling licence for the operation of this demonstration platform. Operators who licence our software are independently responsible for obtaining appropriate regulatory approvals in their jurisdictions.
• No prizes or rewards. Demo credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or transferred for anything of value.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

5. Account Registration

You may create a guest account or register with an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Guest accounts and their associated demo data may be deleted at any time without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Misrepresent the Platform as a real-money gambling site
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers without written permission

7. Intellectual Property

All game engines, algorithms, visual designs, user interfaces, software, and documentation on this Platform are the intellectual property of Tyga.Cloud Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited. Prospective licensees may request access to detailed technical documentation under a separate commercial agreement.

8. White-Label Licensing

Operators interested in licensing our casino platform for commercial use should contact us at hello@gamble.services. Licensing terms, pricing, and regulatory guidance are provided under separate commercial agreements. It is the licensee's sole responsibility to obtain all required gambling licences, certifications, and regulatory approvals for their jurisdiction of operation.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses third-party infrastructure services for hosting, data storage, and analytics. These include cloud hosting providers, database services, and content delivery networks. Your use of the Platform is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Game outcomes in the demo environment use cryptographically secure random number generation but are for demonstration purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyga.Cloud Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Platform. Since no real money is involved, no financial losses can arise from the use of demo game features.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tyga.Cloud Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all demo credits and account data may be permanently deleted.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
